Delete Viciei account and data

Account and data deletion request for the Viciei app (ECONOMIZZE CATAGUASES REPRESENTACOES LTDA). Required by Google Play and Apple.

How to request deletion

1. In the Viciei app:
   1. Open Viciei.
   2. Go to Conta (Account).
   3. Tap Excluir minha conta (Delete my account).
   4. Confirm twice (type EXCLUIR).
2. By email: suporte@viciei.com.br from the same email as the account. Email requests: up to 30 days.

What is deleted

• Account (email and credentials)
• Series and chapter progress
• Ad / consent preferences on the device
• Local subscription state in the app (store billing is separate — cancel in Apple/Google)

What may be kept

• Payment records required by Apple, Google, or tax law.
• Email and device id only so this person cannot count as a “new friend” invite (already used the platform).

Deleting the account does not cancel the store subscription. Use Manage subscription in the app or Apple/Google settings.
