Information we collect

Account: email address, password stored as a secure hash, and an optional name.
App activity: series and chapters watched (video and audio), playback progress, and the date you accepted these terms.
Purchases: subscription product id, subscription status, and transaction identifiers from Google Play or Apple. We do not store your card number.
Ads: advertising ID, ad consent choices, ad impressions, and ad error logs, through Google AdMob, only when the plan shows ads.
Device and logs: IP address, app error logs, and a device identifier used to limit one account to one device and to prevent fraud.

Viciei is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

How we use information

To create and keep your account.
To stream the catalog and resume playback.
To manage the monthly subscription sold by Google Play or Apple.
To show ads when your plan includes advertising.
To provide support, keep the service secure, prevent fraud, and comply with the law.

We do not sell personal data.

How we share information

Google Play and Apple, for app distribution and subscriptions.
Google AdMob, for advertising and consent, only when ads are shown.
Netlify, which hosts the website and the account API.
Stripe, only if you pay for a subscription on the website.

These providers may process data outside Brazil. We use them only to operate Viciei.

Data security

Passwords are stored as hashes. Payment card numbers are handled by Google Play, Apple, or Stripe, not by Viciei. Access to account data is limited to what the service needs.

Data retention and deletion

When you delete your account, we delete the account profile and watch progress. We may keep the email and the device identifier already used, without the password and without payment data, to prevent fraud. Billing records required by Google, Apple, or tax law may be kept for the legal period.

You can request access, correction, or deletion at suporte@viciei.com.br or at https://viciei.com.br/excluir-conta.html.
